"Excellent but noisy room. Stayed in executive corner suite. Seeing a complimentary set of earplugs on the night stand was concerning, and turned out to be necessary. Street noise was noticeable until 1am every night. Hallways were a bit musty. Room itself was spacious and well-appointed. Amenities were generous, with name-brand products refreshed daily. There is a touchscreen interface to control the room lighting, but it was miswired and I had to sleep with the ceiling lights on the first night. Lounge was spacious with bright views of Bangkok. Food and beverage offerings were good, with reasonable operating hours. Neighborhood feels safe. A few restaurants & shops nearby. Easy access to public transportation. Around the corner is a seedy, adult entertainment complex, but it is easily ignored. Overall a good stay."

"This was the most impressive hotel that I stayed at during my 2 week holiday in Thailand. The restaurant at the top of the hotel has breathtaking views of Bangkok. An absolute must if you stay here. The staff cant do enough to help you during your stay. The location is great. I couldn't find a single flaw with this hotel. Superb 👌"

"It’s a really nice place and the location is very central. We had to change rooms three times due to some construction work that was happening next to the hotel. The staff were really friendly, helpful and very respectful especially SANG. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely go back there again due to its location."

"The staff are excellent polite, friendly and work hard. Rooms are clean and tidy, however no hot water jug for coffee probably the only downside. Good selection for buffet breakfast but the bacon and eggs are always cold. The downstairs restaurant has a good selection of Thai and Farang food."

"Very good hotel, breakfast buffet was diversified, the only 2 minor issues I had were first the Arabic shakshuka on 1 of the days were replaced by staff long time, I could not find anyone to even ask that plate was empty. Second, on of the late nights, the door keeper didnt stay by the door when I had a guest coming, instead he stepped few feet and start talking and laughing with the coworker on the concierge desk. Other than these, very nice hotel and good location"
