We loved the charm of the property, it has a lot of character and is close to the river to do sight seeing on the tour boats and express boats. The Thai breakfast at Focal local was amazing every day and the staff were super helpful and kind. Thank you so much, we loved our stay here.

Fabulous stay as always , it’s our 7 th time at the Chatrium. Beautiful room - 1 bedroomed suite with fantastic river views. Breakfast is first class. Service brilliant. Wonderful staff. Friendly, attentive and helpful.

Hotel, from arrival to departure, could not be faulted.
Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a great stay in Bangkok.
Room was extremely comfortable with great views out over the river.
Great selection of dining options and food was of a very high standard.
Breakfast selection was superb with staff serving there very attentive.
Concierge and front desk staff in particular were extremely helpful.

The hotel is hidden in some backstreets, but it is modern and well worth considering. Being where it is keeps it nice and quite.
They put a free tuk tuk on that takes you to the BTS or half way to IconSiam which is a huge help to getting around.
Staff were always friendly and readily available.
The hotel is clean and well kept, with the small restaurant is lovely.
The only downside, and this is picky, the pool is at ground level so misses early Sun. The water is pretty chilly until the sun gets...

staff were accommodating and really helpful.
the restaurant downstairs serves really good thai dishes.
room was clean and has ample space to move around.
my only problem is i could hear the bathroom being used from the room next to me.

Great location. Clean room although did smell a bit musty near kitchen area, however after opening the door for a few hours it went and didn’t return. Great spacious two bedroom apartment- ideal for a family of four. Helpful, friendly staff. Good security as needed room key to enter lift/stair area.

Everything about the hotel was great. It was situated an 8-min walk from IconSiam mall, so very convenient location.
They have a small gym and common room on the second floor with free teas/coffees/hot chocolates and games, which was nice to spend time in.
The rooms were well sound-proofed so we slept really well.
The staff were great too.
I particularly wanted to mention the fact that i had booked six nights (non-refundable) at the hotel but because we couldn’t get the train we wanted to go to...
