eveerything about this hotel is excellent but in particular was the kindness and caring of all the staff unfortunetly i was quite poorly for the week i was in hua hin the concern the staff showed me was above and beyond especially the hotel maids checking on me through the day thank you so much for making a bad situation so bearable i will never forget your kindness thank you so much i would not hesitate to stay here again and thoroughly recommend this hotel

The value for money is excellent. Staff is wonderful...breakfasr isnt bad give it 7.5 out of 10... rooms are wonderful we had rooms direft off the pool with jacuzzi... sitti g under stars at 3 am is peacful and so relaxing. The dree shuttle service to beach and mall is great... the people yiu meet are great at hotel everyone says ho tobeacubother and good morning. Verybhappybwith my choice we stayed 13 days others we met booked other hotels inarea trying them out but regretted it st time they had tobleave wished they could have stayed.
