"Poorly designed toilets. There was a nail sticking up from the floor near the bathroom which is dangerous. Food was mediocre at best. Hotel was clean. Staff were very helpful.."

"A great experience throughout. We stayed in the family room at this hotel during our entire time in Leh. The room consists of 2 bedrooms, and provides all the amenities that one could need. It's got bay windows with a good seating accomodation. The beds and bathroom are hygienic and maintained well. The hotel has a fantastic garden with beautiful flowers and landscaping which make it a joy to sit outdoors. It is also located conveniently within a 8 min walk to the main Leh Market. We had breakfast on all days of our stay. They had a wide spread and it all tasted delicious. Importantly, the staff are very responsive, helpful and always engaging you with a smile. Overall, a very pleasant experience which elevates the memory of a wonderful trip to Ladakh."

"We stayed at Hotel Trikaya during our Leh-Ladakh trip. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. Also, the mountain view from the balcony was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The hotel is a 2 km drive to the Leh market or a 1.5 km walk; we used taxi arranged by the hotel for drop-off and pickup for a very reasonable fee. We took bike and car rentals via the hotel, and it was a great experience. I would recommend Hotel Trikaya to friends and family. We look forward to staying here again in the future"

"We had a wonderful stay at Gomang Boutique Hotel. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff truly went out of their way to arrange our trip to Ladakh, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took such great care of us throughout our stay, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, even providing oxygen to us since we had high altitude sickness. The food was absolutely wonderful, every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the warm service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Gomang Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for genuine hospitality, excellent food, and a team that goes above and beyond for their guests. We would gladly stay here again!"
