Great hotel with wonderful facilities. Check out is 0am, 11 am would be better. Although the rooms are non-smoking, during my stay, people in surrounding rooms were smoking on their balconies, which meant I could not open the door or window.

Modern hotel with great lake-view location
Modern upscale hotel with swiming pool, multiple saunas and lake view balcony. You can rent a bicycles as there is cycling path along the lake (all 220km). Great also for walking outside.

Best overall hotel stayed in Hungary out of 6 on trip in May 2023. Unbelievable lovely room, balconies, hotel spa, location and beautiful hotel and efficient staff. For the price it's fantastic and a really lovely hotel

The staff is very kind and friendly. The property is newly refurbished and looks wonderful, elegant, and upscale. Everything is clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and spacious. There is a nice variety of food that is tasty. However, when redesigning the property, comfort was not in mind. Eg. there is an elevation in the room that is unsafe and the space between the wall and the beds is so tiny one needs to move sideways. The wellness area felt cold, kept at 20 C. As a first timer, I felt lost, it was really difficult to get any information e.g. how something works or where to find it. With special diet, food is limited.

Super Hotel mit tollem Buffet
Ausgezeichnets Hotel mit super Ausstattung sehr nettes Personal Danke nochmal an RENATA für das tolle Service im a la Carte Restaurant. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Leider wurde unser Zimmer während unseres Aufenthaltes weder geputzt noch die Betten gemacht!!!

Schönes, renoviertes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung! Aber leider viele Mängel bei Details: keine Zimmerreinigung, Ungeziefer im Zimmer (Gelsen, Käfer), Zimmer sehr staubig, Badezimmertüre defekt, kein Panoramablick zum See wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Also ein deluxe Zimmer hätte ich mir wirklich anders vorgestellt. Musste sogar mein Glas selsbt abwaschen. Wasserkocher mit einem Teebeutel, kein Kaffee, keine Milch, nichts wird nachgefüllt... Duschgel: 10ml-Flasche für 3 Tage - wird auch nicht nachgefüllt. Schönes Pool und sehr schöner Saunabereich. Aber viel zu kleiner Strand - man liegt im Hochsommer fast schon übereinander. Sehr laut - auch im Pool ist es eher laut. Essen grundsätzlich ok - Frühstück wäre sehr gut, wenn man sich nicht stundenlang bei den drei Kaffeeautomaten anstellen müsste. Wasser für Tee ist kalt. Süßes in der Früh gibt es nur sehr wenig, dafür viel Auswahl bei warmen Speisen (Ei-Variationen, Wurst, Würstel, usw). Wenig frisches Obst in der Früh, Gemüse gibt es, aber immer das Gleiche. Abend: einmal gut, am nächsten Abend nichts Ansprechendes dabei - Qualität schwankt täglich. Eher nicht auf 4-Sterne-Niveau, auch der Service ist keine 4-Sterne wert! Trotzdem sicherlich eines der besten Hotel in dieser Region! Man muss halt über vieles hinwegsehen können, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu haben. Wir haben uns tw. schon geärgert (v.a. was das Zimmer betrifft).

Kellemes pihenés, sok-sok élménnyel.
Mivel egy "Lölő" hotelról van szó, bátran megtettem a foglalást. Megérkezve lenyűgöző volt az impozáns épület, valamint minden arról árulkodott, hogy ez egy nemrégiben felújított/épített hotel. A belső terek modernek, letisztultak, elegánsan nihilista megjelenésűek, itt-ott kacérkodva a '60-as évek bútorzatával megfűszeezett hangulatával. Éppen kerékpárverseny volt azon a pár nappon, így zsibongás rendesen volt. Az aulában nem oda való techno jellegű zene szólt. A liftek közül egy folyamatosan rossz volt, így a másikat kellett használni, néha sok emberrel bepaszírozva. A szoba nagyon igényes, rendezett, megfelelően tágas volt (deluxe). Az osztott terasz nem egy jó megoldás. A wellness részleg valóban hatalmas, de a több szinten történő feldarabolása miatt a nagysága a varázsát veszíti. Mindegyik medence meleg vízű, ami kiemelkedő! Az uszómestert mimtha oda találták volna ki. Szemben a balatonban is megmártózhat az ember, bár májusban inkább csak látványosság volt. A pincérek jórészt tanulók, sokan közülük nagyon aranyosak, de pár fiatal fiú, tanulhatna egy kis illemtant, hogy hogyan kell viselkedni egy ilyen helyen, munka köben (pl. Nem másokat feltűnően "stírölni", majd látványosan összesúgdosni). Az ilyen neveletlen személyek nem oda valók. De kihangsúlyozom, csak kettő ilyen srác volt. Az ételek bőségesek, ízletesek, választékosak. Összességében elégedett voltam, viszont a nihilista elegancia, ami az egész épületre jellemző, számomra nem tetszetős.

A fenti wellness jakuzziba csak felnőtteknek kellene használnia, a maximális nyugalom érdekében. Kellemes zene szólhatna a napozóteraszon és a balatoni napozórészen. Ha a közlemény rovatban feltüntetjük a kéréseinket pl h csendes szobát szeretnénk akkor miért nem figyeli a szálloda személyzet? A teniszpályára néző szobát kaptuk ahol vasárnap 7 körül már megkezdték a munkát a munkások:-( Összességében a dizájn , a szálloda elhelyezkedése-tisztaság, -komfortérzete- a személyzet, -az ételek minősége számunkra maximálisan megfelelt, rövid ideig tartózkodtunk Önöknél alig 2 éjt) Köszönjük!

Good and pleasant Hotel.
Excelent Hotel. Very nice rooms. The only thing not good is that on the last day nobody came to clean the room. And when we arrived the room had dirty curtains and stains on bathrom walls and floor.

Sehr schöne und großzügige Junior Suite mit fantastischer Sicht aufs Wasser. Das Badezimmer mit einer Wanne hat ebenfalls Wasserblick, einfach zum relaxen. Der Sauna- und Wellnessbereich lädt zum Erholen ein. Fazit: ich komme gerne wieder!

Der Wellnessbereich ist fantastisch sehr gut ausgestattet. Restaurant ist sehr schön und großzügig auch mit Platz und auch mit essen. Finde es super dass jede Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon.
