Everything was amazing! My only complaint was the beautiful gardens were filled with bees and huge hornets that were all around the pools and often sinking in the pools to be accidentally stepped on, which is an issue when traveling with children.

Restaurants cater for most tastes, menus are comprehensive and the decor is what you expect in such a hotel. Selection of different breakfast dishes suited al palates. Only used the main pool where the staff were on the ball as soon as the pool opened. No waiting for ages to order a drink or snack. The location of the hotel is about ten minutes by bus from Victoria but the walk from the hotel to the bus stop can be tiring (for older guests) when it's hot. I used Bolt taxis to get arround. Bolt are like Uber so you need to download their APP.

Nous connaissions déjà cet hôtel avant sa rénovation, et il faut reconnaître que le travail effectué est réussi : chambres modernes, cadre agréable, et spa toujours aussi appréciable. Sur le papier, tout était réuni pour passer un bon séjour. Malheureusement, l’expérience a été tout autre. Dès notre arrivée, la climatisation était bloquée en mode chauffage alors qu’il faisait déjà chaud. Impossible de la régler. Après appel à la réception, aucune solution concrète, si ce n’est un ventilateur ancien et extrêmement bruyant, totalement inadapté à ce type d’établissement. Mais le plus surprenant reste le matin. Réveillés par des cris venant de la chambre voisine, nous avons d’abord pensé à des clients irrespectueux. Avant de découvrir qu’il s’agissait en réalité… d’un tournage organisé juste à côté. Un tournage, sans aucune information préalable, à côté de clients ? Franchement, est-ce normal ? Oui, des excuses nous ont été présentées, mais elles n’effacent ni le manque d’anticipation ni l’impact sur notre séjour. Résultat : nuit perturbée, réveil brutal, activités annulées (petit-déjeuner, spa, massages) et départ anticipé. Très décevant. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Wir sind mit einer Gruppe von sechs Freunden für ein Wochenende gereist und hatten die beste Zeit. Sehr nettes Personal, Freitag ein leckeres Abendessen im Gazebo und für den verregneten Samstag ein tolles Indoor Spa. Top, 5-Sterne. Einen Stern Abzug für Zustand: Zimmer großartig, aber hier und da kommt das Hotel in die Jahre.
