"Our stay was amazing! Pets were more than welcome and staff was super friendly. The booking system was down when we arrived and the lady at the front was super accommodating. I explained we just drove 5 hours, I had two hungry kids and a husband in the car, and two dogs. She let us come in and eat our dinner in the dining room while we waited to check in! "

"There were homeless people sleeping in the entryway, the staff said nothing, it was awkward with my baby and smelled horrible. Also, take dowb the spider in the lobby…. Its tacky looking and unprofessional for the space. Great breakfast minus the turkey sausage.. yuck! Also, clean the pool more often. The rooms were great."

"The washroom was disgusting. The shower was full of pink mold (bacteria) which I was told was left over cleaning solution when it clearly wasn’t. Either way, it’s obviously not being cleaned if the shower is still covered of cleaning solution."

"Hotel is very nice and modern. Loved the layout of the suites which made the room bright and airy. Comes complete with dishes etc.-everything you'd need for an extended stay. Breakfast is great. It's very cean and located right at the waterfront which is great as there's a park for kids and a restaurant. You can also take a cruise on the Chief Commanda from the dock and walk downtown to shopping and restaurants. The only thing I found was that the heater/AC was very noisy (it was clanging when on) so getting a great sleep didn't happen. Otherwise, it's a great hotel."

"parking was easy, close to food and entertainment.
but I stayed there be and they do as little repairs as possible.
The told me that they had a water leak and ceiling was damaged and they just cleaned it up.
The damaged to the ceiling and wall was in the bath room and had been that way for a while... "
