The bed was very comfortable. It was on a playform that you have to watch your shins. Modern updates work well.

Bed seemed to be broken and there were some repairs that needed to be made- towel hook hanging from wall, dresser pull broken off (probably happened a few weeks prior during Mardi Gras). Location is excellent

The main living area has water damage going down the wall from the ceiling. The half bathroom I had to open the tank up to rig the toilet to flush. Both bathrooms in the bathrooms have active mold. Which I have pictures of. I have asthma and COPD with other lung issues. This was by far scarier than ...

We were transferred here from another hotel due to the typical storm "Barry". Under these worrying circumstances the staff done all that they could to make us comfortable and safe. Savanna was extremely helpful, I felt that she went above her duty
Kenner is alright but, some way from the centre of town, public transport is limited as, last bus back to hotel is at 9:30pm, so had to keep paying for taxi, if known the distance from the city centre, I would have booked in a more central locatio
It's a suburb near the airport so it's as expected
