"Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. This is where I stay every time I go to Dubuque."

"This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. "Good location to explore downtown Dubuque. Clean room, helpful staff. Couldn't get through to hotel shuttle by phone, walked instead. Been there before, would go again."

"Robert was very helpful and we found the breakfast better than our expectations."
