"The hotel was what I usually expect from a Hampton Inn, clean, good breakfast, etc. one point off because they called and asked to switch me from a double queen for me and my teen daughter to a king with a sofa bed. She promised they would have the sofabed made up already when I arrived. I indicated we'd be checking in very late (after midnight) so this was very important to me. Sadly, the sofa bed was not made up and the bedding bundle in the closet only had a blanket, but no sheets. I was able to go down to the front lobby and get the sheets, and the rest of the stay was ok. But very disappointed they needed to call to switch my room type and did not follow through with setting up the sofabed as promised."

"Lights did not work in bathroom and neither did outlets. Made it hard to get dressed because very little lighting in room. No blow dryer No coffee pot. Staff was great. Construction still in process "
