"Everything was great, The parking lot needs immediate repairs. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and it was a great location to everything the family could want."

"Customer service sucked. Lobby smelled like old pine sol. Upstairs has all connecting rooms. There was no elevator. Rooms are filthy, shower was not clean microwave or fridge. No smart tv to watch shows. They didn’t even have a phone in the room. No security doors the place was horrible. They need to put more love into the building. Unbelievable."

"This hotel is a scaled-down version of the Hilton Hotels out there. My room was great, the shower was incredible, the pillow was soft and comfortable along with the mattress, and I appreciated that there was a small kitchen with things available to use. However, there is a real lack of things offered for breakfast: no juice or milk, bagels and muffins are packaged in company bags, no place to sit down if you wanted to (unless you go outside, and that is a “no” in negative weather), BUT THE COFFEE WAS GREAT. I don’t think I’d ever stay here again. Sorry. The “real” Hilton is more accommodating"

"We flew in Wednesday night, checked in, and headed to our room. On the way to the 2nd floor, the elevator shook so badly it felt like it was having a seizure before stopping. We got to the room around 11pm, just wanting sleep, and found the layout odd—the bed in the middle with a pony wall, a desk on the other side with no chair, and confusing light switches. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, though. The next morning, the shower was frustrating. The glass didn’t keep water off the bathroom floor, the valve had to be turned all the way hot just to get lukewarm water, and the pressure made it hard to rinse long hair. Night two, we planned to visit the bar/restaurant, but at 5:50pm it wasn’t open. Oddly, there was a large sign about being courteous and complying with staff or risk removal. Unfortunately, that didn’t seem enforced. At 1:30am we were woken by teenagers running and screaming in the halls. The front desk answered (From my cell because ther phone was broken) but did very little, and the front desk attendant could barely be heard because the parents of those kids were partying in the lobby (loud and obnoxious). The morning breakfast is not complimentary and had a welcoming notice that said $15 per person & you can only go through the line once. Needless to say we won’t be staying here again! "
