"Really nice, clean, roomy. Hotel front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. No lines even though they were fully booked. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and kept it well stocked even when busy. "

"Everything was perfect, I will strongly suggest to have rooms that you can open the windows FOR PEOPLE who are ALLERGIC or having an air interchange in every room will clean the air, the ladies from the restaurant (morning to be precise were super nice and helpful every time we went there. "This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate.
Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. Amenities...
"Clean and well-maintained hotel - elevators need some touching up and a bit of refurbishing, but rooms were comfortable. Our kids were excited to swim but indoor pool was undergoing maintenance unfortunately. Otherwise - quite a good hotel. Would recommend. "
"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
Otherwise the stay was comfortable, the room was big and quiet, the heating system worked well as did the WiFi. Parking was free, near a gas station and just off the highway so it was a good location for our transit stop in an 8 hour drive in the winter."
