The property is not up kept well at all. Our room was full of spiders and spider webs. The windows and floors were filthy and the balcony was filthy and full of spiders. The staff was wonderful and did what they could to help us but it never stopped the spiders unfortunately. The decks on the front side were in bad shape and filthy and had a lot of spiders and webs. It was just so disappointing! And when I left a message for the hotel manager he never responded. Very disappointing. This property used to be nice but it's gone way down hill. I won't stay here again.
The reception area was nice. However, the room and the building had numerous spiderwebs and dirty cobwebs that had been there for a very long time. There were numerous spiders in the room and the outside around the room, the door frame, etc., had dirty debris and lots of spiderwebs. There have been no apparent attempt to make the space welcoming.

Too expensive for the condition & quality of the rooms. Garbage around the property especially the stairs.

The pool was wonderful. Our suite didn’t not have Wi-Fi so the TV didn’t work. In the kitchen, the stove didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work, and the coffee pot didn’t work. They did bring a new microwave and it took two tries with a new coffee pot.
Also, I was told that I would get 50% of my money back and I have been home for a week and I have not received that yet nor have I received $150 room deposit. I would stay there again. It definitely needs work and the staff is definitely trying.
Good stay…still working on property up grades and improvements since reopening. … needs more docks for parking of those coming for pool and restaurant…some boats park in launch area for this.. and keeps those guests there from launching and trailering the boat!! Not cool.
they are just band aide together, very dirty, dead grass everywhere, sprinkler heads sticking up, stairs not sturdy, have done no maintenance work around area, got rid of continetal breaksfast and didnt tell us, charge 40200 for resort fee, and almost 200 dollars for budget 6 rooms
If you want to film a zombie apocalypse movie connect Harbor Inn is the place to go. Also, if you’re immune to cockroaches and mold, it is a great place to go to pay full price for an abandoned hotel with a few rooms that are open is insane talking to the locals and looking it up the owners bought the place for 5 million dollars and have no idea what they got themselves into or it is a complete tax write off for them. Avoid this place like the plague in fact you might catch the plague there.

Staff was great!! Except the one security man. He was harsh and rude when he didn’t need to be. Kona it is slowly coming back. Love to see it getting better.
The room was way bigger than we thought. It was clean, quiet, nice views of the lake. I wish o could have stayed a couple days more. The restaurant on site had horrible service, the food came out cold. That was the only bad thing to say about the stay.
Many reasons. They're in a unfinished remodel state. The shower was made wrong. The ceiling had holes, there were spider and big nests in the room. The pictures in the Ad are OUTDATED. The entire bottom floors were condemned. Paper windows and boarded up. They were not currently in construction. We could see the paper in the windows was down. It was very weird and unnerving sleeping over that. Using your App we feel you should have had knowledge of this and it should be in the description. We feel we should receive a partial refund at the least. It was not a good experience. Worth only about $59 - $79 a night. I have pictures but they're not uploading here.

Do not stay here. They made an additional unauthorized charge to my card. I called the hotel to sort this out and spoke to a very snooty young lady who hung up on me. Very shady. I had to file a claim with the bank that issued my credit card. After much hassle I got my money back.
The service were very limited due to holiday weekend. No breakfast were available even there should be a food. People were off during holidays and every service was not available. We ended up winding up ourselves earlier than planned. I say please do not keep the service open if you are planning to close during the holidays.
The rooms have been recently renovated. It looks like they went on the Temu app and purchased everything for the hotel. It’s all so super cheap it’s already falling apart. Some things are still super old and broken.
-Fire doesn’t work
-Screen door is off
-The ac has a bright light u can’t turn off
-the door chain, chains to nothing
However, I freaking love this place.
The staff is wonderful!
The view is amazing!
Nice, charming change form the cookie cutter hotels!
We will be visiting again.
