"What a nice surprise! Great location in Langford, BC. Very clean and spacious. Great coffee maker and comfortable bed! Accessible for handicapped people as well. I’m impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"

"There is black mold in the bathroom. Landscape maintenance people left there vehicles running outside our balcony."

"I would like to have known that the elevator was out of order so I could have gotten another room with no stairs or change hotels with no charge as my mom has an extremely hard time with stairs. The sink didnt have a tea towel, the pool was very cold not heated as usual, the kitchen cabinet was in need of having a screw tightened and the handle in the bath tub was loose. Sorry I have to give a slightly bad review."
