"Wonderful hotel only one we seen with restaurant/bar right on beach. View from our room was lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. There was some small damage to the wall in the restroom but nothing major. The food was a solid 4 stars. We didn’t care for the ribs and the potatoes served with breakfast are bland needed salt and pepper. Loved the chowder, fish tacos, spicy shrimp and the discovery of coconut syrup was awesome just to name a few.staff was helpful kind. All and all I can’t wait...

"Hotel is going through a remodel, was a bit of a maze to get to and from our room. Amenities are nice, food on property was not, asked why no one was getting in the ocean from the property and was told the water conditions here are not suitable to swim. Have stayed at Outrigger in Oahu and it was much nicer, would not stay here again. "

"Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. "

"The oceanfront views are excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops. Comfy bed and nice balcony. Renovated bathroom with oversized tub but challenging entry/exit which could be resolved with handle assist. Great parking and awesome pool with waterfall. "

"Property is a great place and location, unfortunately they made changes that now include a per day parking charge, which was not published at the time the reservation was made. The parking is not anything spectacular as it is and we have stayed here many times before with no charges for this and really no improvements were noted at this time. Maybe this is not a great deal to many people but when you buy a package with everything paid up front, I expect no surprise charges like this. Shame on...

"Staff took care of our room every day and it felt great to return back to our room ar night with it reset and cleaned. The pool was great. We loved our view and would enjoy that same view again. I would recommend this location to anyway who wants to be on beach. That was the best part. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple with fresh fruit and grab and take items. They do have a microwave. Parking was great! Loved the ocean view and easy access to restaurants, beaches and walking paths. Were disappointed with the one bathroom window that was in need of repair around the frame. It had very dark stuff around it like dirt, rust or mold(??)."

"All great - EXCEPT - after 10 hours of traveling, To Ha, the woman behind the front desk, kept us waiting half an hour to check in - when there were zero people on line or in front of her. While we were directed by the bellman to take a seat, she was on the phone, typing on her computer, and smiling and talking to any guest that came by with a question.
