The property and staff were great, the issue was that the walls are rhin and kids running around and shouting late in the middle of the night was an issue. I went during march so it wasn't too busy, i would assume it would be even worse during the summer time. The public bath house ,views food, rooms were all great

建物や設備には若干の古さを感じましたが施設内はメンテナンスも掃除も行き届いておりまたハンモックやスイングチェアー、マッサージチェア、24時間ウェルカムドリンクなど、趣向を凝らして工夫されたサービスを感じました。そして私は年に5〜6回国内旅行しますが、どこよりもスタッフの対応の良さがピカイチでした。それもフロントだけでなく売店やお風呂の掃除に来た方などなど。 今回は1泊でしたが是非また、今度は長期滞在してみたいと思いました。素敵な思い出をありがとうございましたと申し上げたいです。

ホテル自体はドアの鍵や金庫、トイレなど築年数の年期を感じさせるところがありました。 食事はとても美味しく満足です。大浴場も広く景色よくお湯の温度はぬるめですが質も良く柔らかく肌がツルツルになりました。バスタオルもその度使えて良かったです。 最新のマッサージ機もあり無料で使えてとても良かったです。 一つ残念だったのは同じ人が使ってなかなか空けてもらえなかったので時間制限を設けてほしかった。 ウェルカムドリンクは24時間提供していたのが親切でした。 またぜひ行きたいです。

建物に古さを感じる部分もありますが、きれいに整備されていて、従業員の方々の対応もよく、とても気持ちよく滞在することが出来ました。また、外国人の従業員の方もみな日本語が上手で、コミュニケーションに困ることもありませんでした。 今回は水上アスレチック目当てでの宿泊でした。ホテルを拠点に、目の前のビーチと、ホテル隣接のスパと、長い距離を移動することなく、二日間遊んで過ごすことが出来ました。部屋も広くて綺麗で、寛げたし、ホテル最上階にある温泉のアメニティの充実さにも満足です。 娘が夕食のビュッフェで出ていた勝浦タンメンをとても気に入り、お土産もいろいろ購入しました。全体的にとてもいい旅行になったと思います。是非また利用したいです。

建物は古いですが清潔感があり、部屋も広くて大変良かったです。 欲を言えば、ドアの鍵を二つにするか、チェーンなどがあると安心感が増すと感じました。また、加湿機能付き空気清浄機があるとありがたいです。

スタッフもお料理もとても良い。特に外国人スタッフは日本語も良く習得し頑張っていた。 エアコンが暑くて良く眠れなかった。ｌｏでも暑いのでＯＦＦにしたが・・・。 駐車場に夕方付いたときに鉄骨が錆てむき出しになっていて廃屋に来たような寂寥感を感じた。ここが到着した時の第一印象になるので、ここは調査して欲しい。 経営が変わったと聞いて複雑だった。何度か来たことが有るので、理由はそこかな、と思った。
