"Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional management and serious health hazards. As a seasoned traveler and property manager myself, this is the very first negative review I have ever had to write in my life. 1.Mold & Health Hazard: The unit is a poorly reconfigured section inside a larger house with virtually no ventilation. The resulting toxic mold and damp smell were so overwhelming that it physically prevented us from sleeping. This is a severe structural defect that cannot be fixed without a major construction project. 2.Misleading Shuttle Policy: The airport shuttle instructions are incredibly confusing. The phrasing implies special requests are only needed during specific windows, completely omitting that availability is severely limited at all other times. It is impractical for most travelers. 3.Hostile Communication: When I requested a shuttle for a 3:50 PM flight, management refused and offered only an 8:30 AM slot. When I called Hotels.com to cancel, management denied the refund, though they magically found a 9:45 AM slot after customer service intervened. 4.Zero Support: We checked in at midnight and found the severe mold. With no staff on-site, Hotels.com tried contacting them but management was unreachable overnight. We checked out the next morning. Management aggressively blamed us for not reporting it directly to them at midnight and flatly refused even a partial refund. Unprofessional, unsafe, and dishonest."

"The hotel staff was A++++. The rooms were nice. We had a very basic room. The shower was super small for us— we are both pretty tall. But if you have a suite— much bigger shower. That said, I slept like a baby. Pool exceeded expectations. Lovely little refuge. Nice service for food and beverage. Highly recommend. Oh, and a 5 minute walk to a lovely beach with amenities like coffee, drinks, chairs, etc. ."

The bungalow was spotless, beautifully designed, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views that made every morning feel special. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we hoped for during our stay in Greece. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay memorable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special mention goes to our driver on the return trip. Instead of simply taking us to our destination, she chose a scenic route and shared fascinating history and local insights about the island along the way. It felt like receiving a private tour and was the perfect ending to an already amazing stay. Modular Bungalows exceeded our expectations in every way. The beauty of the property, the attention to detail, the incredible service, and the genuine kindness of the staff created an experience we will never forget. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, spectacular views, authentic hospitality, and an unforgettable Greek island experience, this is it. Thank you for making our stay so special. "Do not waste your money to stay here. They bombard you with useless email days ahead - at best this is a makeshift apartment building with a basic rudimentary structure- the bathroom- the beds are just to say they have them. I paid $500.00 for two rooms that was overpriced. The only good thing they had was a reliable shuttle service. Had the vibes of a third world country."
