The property was clean and everything worked. Good location to the airport and the staff even though quiet had everything organised well. Meals wer good and the room was good value, free and well organised airport transfers but due to the location can be a little noisy. Overall a good value option close to the airport.

Wonderful service

Really generous and friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast and they picked me up and dropped me off at the airport very efficiently. Were flexible to my late arrival and departure time.

- The sheets and the towels were not very clean - The staff was not equipped for our check-in. They did not have the rooms that we requested, and moved us around a couple times after checking in

Hard to find, free Shuttle to KTM airport

this hotel was EXTREMELY hard to find. My driver could not find it even with GPS and calling the hotel when we were searching for it. Finally, someone from the hotel had to come and find our car and show us down several twisty alleys to get there. It would be very hard to find it on one's own. As such, the location had no shops nearby or places I would have felt comfortable walking aroundd. It was convenient to KTM airport which was just a few hundred yards/meters away but far enough (and uphill0 such that you would not want to walk there with luggage. The room was adequate but quite dated. i felt like I as in a 1950s movie. The bed was a bit soft Unlike other Kathmandu hotels I"ve stayed in, the staff did not speak much English, but the driver spoke great English. The proximity to the airport and the free shuttle were the highlights of the stay.
