"Fab property in a lovely location"

"The food does not meet 5-star hotel standards—certainly not those of an "Ultra All-Inclusive" resort. At breakfast, there are no yogurts or high-quality pastries, and the variety is lacking. Dinner is nothing short of embarrassing; it falls far short of 5-star quality. The selection is very limited, and the flavors are extremely basic. Quite a few things are missing... "Das Hotel ist sehr schön , traumhaft , was uns sehr negativ gestimmt hat war, dass wir vor Ort ein weiteres separates Zimmer benötigt haben , wir hatten über Expedia für 6 Personen inkl. half Board 3 Zimmer gebucht , für das separate Zimmer hat man uns einen deutlich höheren Preis abgenommen und nocheinmal half Board berechnet obwohl über Expedia bereits für 6 Personen bezahlt war, das Hotel meinte ich muss das mit Expedia klären ,das hat nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun ?!"

"Very nice, authentic hotel with beautiful garden and surroundings and beautiful beach. Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. Room balcony was large and really nice and beds very comfortable apart from pillows that were too firm. Room and the bedding was clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but food in the main restaurant wasn't edible so we had to eat sandwiches at the beech/pool bar because...

"The property was nice. The rooms and the pool were excellent. The gym could use some work and the lawn maintenance around our private pool could use some attention. Otherwise we had a great time!"

"Property was probably five stars years ago. Definitely a little run down and you can see it in the rooms. Breakfast was fine and the beachfront was actually really nice. Recommend that you get rooms close to the beach and not the pools cuz it is a little bit of a walk to get to the beach. It is in a good location in that if you have a car you can go next door to Afitos or Kallithea where there are really great restaurants, beach bars and views. Parking was very difficult when we would come back...
