"Το κτήμα Νικόλα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Ο χώρος για 4 άτομα ήταν ευρύχωρος και καθαρός.σε θέμα άνεσης βρίσκω αρνητικό ότι τα 2 από τα 4 κρεβάτια ήταν σχετικά κοντά και δεν χωρούσαν τα πόδια μου στο κρεβάτι.εχω ύψος 1.70 βρίσκω το δωμάτιο καταλληλότερο για οικογένεια με 2 παιδια και όχι για ενήλικες.κατα τα άλλα όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά καιδροσερα.επισης γεωγραφικά είναι κοντά στην Κάρυστο Αλλά η μετακίνηση γίνεται αποκλειστικά με μεταφορικό μέσο."

"The apt was spacious and clean. It was conveniently located near the airport. Having the 2 bedrooms and a large sofa in LR helped with our sleeping needs. Also a close walk for a quick beach visit. "

"Friendly staff. The hotel exceeded more than what I expected. The room was clean added amenities were heated blankets, fancy 3 level jet shower sprayer, unique expresso maker and a nice courtyard that we were not able to enjoy because of an early morning departure "

"George was the perfect host. He drove us down to the ocean where the restaurants are located several times. There was a fruit salad waiting for us on the fridge when we arrived. He gave us grapes from his garden on another day. He gave us advice on getting around the area by bus and regaled us with stories about Greece and his past. "

The staff was helpful and responsive prior to my arrival, and there was genuine care in the guest experience. Claudine was a wonderful hostess and chef. Thank you for a memorable stay."

"We had a great stay! The owners were fabulous, they gave us great dinner recommendations where a driver picked us up and dropped us back off at our hotel. They were even kind enough to let us back into our room late night when we locked ourselves out. The pool area was great and the hot tub area private and relaxing. Airport transfers were quick and I’d 100% stay again. "

"Staff is friendly, accommodating. A bit far from airport especially from the main tourist spots but they offer decently priced shuttle. If you are alloted the room with shared common area, be aware that sound insulation is not the best so you're hope would be you get not so loud neighbors like we did."

"The apartment with the huge balcony and large windows giving so much light and a wonderful view of the sea was such a pleasure. The fully equipped kitchen made us want to just stay longer..a large fridge, an oven, cooking top, micro, toaster and a blessed dishwasher, with cupboards packed with all the plates, cups, jugs, pans, bowls and all the utensils you'll ever need. 2 minutes walk to the sea. A 20 minute stroll to a local mini market that has everything. Getting into the apartment with the...

"Excellent hospitality and a cozy place that felt very comfortable the moment we walked in. They provided a shuttle from and back to the airport and the owner picked us up and was super friendly and even made us a meal to eat when we arrived. Definitely going to be staying there again. "

The room was spotless, and there were all sorts of little amenities that I was not expecting. Small bit of table wear and supplies you don’t get at a hotel.
