Got an upgraded room with Japanese style sitting/dining area. Very clean and comfortable room. Close to the shopping area.

The property is so close to Karuizawa station and the famous outlet. I originally planned for 2 nights but have decided to stay just 1 night. The male evening staff was so helpful to cancel my 2nd night without charging me and told me I would get a refund from Expedia. Let’s wait and see! Will definitely stay here again!

This was the nicest room I have stayed in during my trip around Japan. The room was positively spacious. They brought breakfast to my room in a picnic basket.

Awesome!! newly renovated hotel with easy access to everything (we rent a car) couldn’t find any fault hope to visit Karuizawa and stay there again

The rooms at the Annex is good and clean, and nice and big comfort room. Location is around 350 meters from station. There is a Family Mart across the hotel

Nice and accessible hotel in Karuizawa
The hotel is good, spacious and clean. It’s so close to the shinkansen station (<10 minutes walk). Some staff can communicate in fluent English.

Location is still good , 10 mins walk to the station. Hotal has no lift, it is hard to move your luggage. The room is clean and big, the bathroom is good , but the facilities to change ur clothing is bad, coz u the bathroom is only bathroom, no space for you to wash hand and changing clothing, u need to do them in the bathroom outside with a "paper "cover. Still good for you to visit. THe staff are nice and polite, but their policy is stubborn, even they have a room, they still need to wait until the check in time. I know it is the policy of the hotel, but it maybe can be more friendly. The nearby has a convient store, you can buy all your need but all of them closed at 11pm

The hotel was amazing. It was new and nicely decorated. There is a library section where you can sit and read, and it is really cozy to chill. Although there are only Japanese books. The room was clean and spacious. The staffs were very polite. We stayed 2 nights here and felt very comfortable. It is 5 minutes to walk to the Karuizawa train station. 2 convenient stores near it, and so is good for getting supplies.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location!
Excellent hotel, conveniently located not far from the train station in Karuizawa. We had a Western-style room, with a Japanese-style sitting and dining area. Although there is no Onsen at the hotel, our bathroom was spacious, with separate sink, toilet and bathing areas. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Wifi was fast and easy to log on to. A wonderful choice!

We got an upgraded room which was great. Beautiful clean room with lovely service. Fantastic location close to a convenience store across road, station near by and outlet mall witin 5 minutes walk. Staff were excellent to deal with. Awesome breakfast in hotel.

Gosh, where to start. Couldn't ask more for a hotel room and the staff were so nice and helpful. Book this place! You won't regret it. The hotel and room are both amazing. The entrance alone is enough to wow you.

Overall very good
Very positive overall. The staff was quite friendly, and we liked the relaxed and convivial atmosphere. Nice sitting area with a small library. A strange smell was present in the bathroom, however we did not notify the staff, therefore they did not have the opportunity to rectify the issue.

スーペリアツインルームに宿泊しました。お手洗いとお風呂が別々になっているところが個人的にとても良かったです。大きなホテルではありませんが、全体的に清潔感があり気分よく過ごさせて頂きました。朝食は3種類の卵料理が選べて、お部屋に運んできてくれるスタイルです。ボリュームがあって食べきれませんでしたが、バスケットに入っていてピクニックみたいで楽しかったです。軽井沢駅も近く、目の前にコンビニもあって利便性も高いです。また利用したいと思います。
