Dedeman Otellerini daha önce de tercih ettiğim için memnunum. Ancak bu konaklamada, kahvaltıda kalabalık grup nedeniyle kahvaltımı dışarıda yapmak durumunda kaldım ve masada servis yoktu, ilgilenen de olmadı. Bu durumlara alışık olması gerektiğini düşündüğüm bir otel için bunu normal bulmuyorum. Onun dışında her şey gayet iyiydi. Teşekkürler

Fiyasko

Yılbaşı için gittik 2 gece 3 gün kaldık. Çarşafların temiz olduğunu düşünmüyorum yastığın arkasında lekeler vardı. Yılbaşı etkinliğini rezervasyonumuzu yaptıktan sonra ayarladıkları için otelin etkinliğinden bir haberken etkinlik alanına sokulmadık. Etkinlik akşamı ve önceki akşamı için set menü yemek zorunda kaldık düşük kalite tavuk, pilav ve çorba. Kesinlikle istedikleri fiyata çok daha iyi hizmet verilebilirdi.
