I love this place. Hotel, Rooms and Spa are amazing, personal are wonderful, the restaurant is the best in town but the star of the show is definitely the bar. Cocktails and service there absolutely TOP!. I think his name was Tim behind the bar. He and his team are extremely talented. Can't wait to visit again!

The best - look no farther!

Amazing hotel! We traveled all around Europe and this was by far the best place we stayed. The room was a combination of all the best of each hotel we stayed in. Balcony room with a sitting area and two headed rain shower with a double sink in the bathroom. Even better than the room was the staff. To many great interactions to list here, but everyone was equally helpful and kind. Spa was also a great experience!

Excellent hotel with good restaurants & cozy spa!

Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!

Ett bitvis konstigt disponerat rum. Badrummet nlev dyngsurt åå.hela golvet när man försökte duscha och fanns ingen skrapa. Badrockarna i rummen var en storlek och gjorda för folk max 160 cm samt 70 kilo. Fanns ingenstans att lägga kläder knappt. En liten smal garderob med 2 galgar och 2 små hyllor. Dunkar om mna bor en natt kanske men har man föera nätter med ombyte var det svårt. Fantastikt bra spa, fukost och service dock så.rekommenderar hotellet.
