It was not easy to communicate With the staff at the reception. They required everybody's adresses. The room was ok. It was spacious. But connected room was noisy. Good location. Good breakfast and service there.

We spent a fantastic long weekend in the Humboldt Park and Spa Hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the staff super friendly and the room was extraordinary. We felt like royalty in the spacious, clean , modern and super comfortable room with an extra TV/living room, big bathroom with tub, extra guest bathroom and bedroom with sitting area. The Spa has a sauna and steam room, whirlpool and swimming pool. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We can highly recommend staying in this central area of the town with only 2 minutes to walk to the hot springs, close to the thermal swimming pools, on the river and the park and near lots of restaurants and shops.

Nice hotel but terrible management.

The hotel is quite nice, but the management is terrible and unkind (details later in the comment). We booked our stay as a family trip for three, two adults and a toddler (2 years old). The stay was nice, although the hotel wellness area was a bit outdated. The bubble bath mosaic tiles were crumbling and the steam sauna did not work properly, it heated up too much and did not generate enough steam. The breakfast buffet was OK, the dinner buffet was too plain for 450 CZK/per person. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was nice and the bathroom was clean. The shower pressure was quite intense, which I like, but some might find too much. Why I say that the management is terrible? When I booked my trip via hotels dot com, I paid with a debit card and got the message that my card paymend didn't go through. I then atlered the booking so that I would pay for it onsite. They have some kind of online check in system called Alfred, I did the check in via that system and paid through that. Later it turns out I had made 2 bookings and paid for both. They however say it is my own fault and they kept the money. I offered to use other services for the money (restaurant, spa, bar, etc), but they declined that too. It's not that I did not show up - I arrived and I used one room. I should have slept in the second room too. They are willing to keep my money for an honest mistake (which I feel lies more on hotels dot com side than mine) and therefore I hope that they get what they deserve.

Great hotel!

Amazing place close to town, delicious breakast and nice staff. Went quickly to the hot tub and pool and its a nice feature to have! They have a nice patio to wnjoy youre coffee or drink!

Das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch in Ordnung. Essen war auch gut und abwechslungsreich. Was richtig schade war, dass an einem Tag das Spa aufgrund eines Hygienetages gesperrt war. Bei 3 Tage Aufenthalt hätten wir uns definitiv nicht für dieses Hotel entschieden, wenn man es vorher gewusst hätte, denn was ist ein Spa, wenn man das Spa nicht verwenden kann.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, hatte aber einen recht altbackenen Charme. Tags wie Nachts ist es sehr ruhig, was für das gesamte Kurviertel zutrifft. Wenn möglich, sollte man sein eigenes Kopfkissen mitbringen. Ich kam mit meinem nicht zurecht. Das Frühstück wird in Buffettform angeboten und ist ok, nichts außergewöhnliches, aber sättigend. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist sehr aufmerksam. Es gibt jedoch eine Dame, die immer unfreundlich auf die Gäste schaut und maulig ist und eine Dame mit immer einem Lächeln auf den Lippen und einem "Dobré rano". Die Dame an der Rezeption wirkte auf mich immer wie eine russische Solariumsbetreiberin, nett und etwas verstrahlt.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel und die Lage ist top. Das Personal ist stets nett und zuvorkommend. Die Massagen waren super und der Wellness Bereich war auch toll. Also alles in allem ein super Kurzurlaub und das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das einzige Manko ist die Matratze im Zimmer gewesen, die war Recht durchgelegen. Dennoch würden wir wiederkommen!

Dieses Hotel liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man super zu Burg Loket fahren. Das Personal ist freundlich. Frühstück war ok. Es ist ein Parkplatz vorhanden, jedoch sehr beengt. Der Pool ist klein, aber schön. Um in den Whirlpool zu kommen, muss man eine steile Leiter klettern. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Gereinigt wurde unser Zimmer nicht, es gab aber neue Handtücher.

Usel varmhållning.

Frukostbuffén var på det hela taget alldeles utmärkt. Men, de rätter som man förväntar sig vara varma, (korvar, bacon, ägg, äggröra mm) var knappt mer än ljumma.d Det skall påpekas att vi aldrig var senare än en kvart efter att serveringen startade. Alltså, usel varmhållning!
