V hotelu se nám líbilo na to,že byl pokoj pro dvě osoby tak byl opravdu velmi prostorný,čistý,postele pohodlné.Výhled byl z jednoho pokoje na skálu druhý na kolonádu.Snídaně formou švédských stolů a každý si tam vybere co má rád.Wifi taky funguje bez problémů.Negativně hodnotím pouze parkování,které mi bylo nabídnuto cca 400m od hotelu na placeným parkovišti za 250kč za noc i když na stránkách píší parkování zdarma.

値段の割に良いホテルでした

駅からそこそこ離れたところですが、周りにお店がたくさんあるので悪くない立地です。 従業員は夜中いなくなるみたいで、部屋のカギと建物のカギを渡されます。 二人部屋をとりましたが、大変広く、そこそこ綺麗でよかったです。バスルームも悪くないです。シャンプーや石鹸は準備されています。 ただ、私の部屋はどうもWi-Fiが弱いようで、ドアの近くでないとつながりませんでした。SIMカードを購入していたのでどうでもよかったのですが、Wi-Fiが頼りというひとは少し不便な思いをするかもしれませんね。 余談ですが、従業員が美人できれいな英語を話します。小さいホテルなので少し雑談もできて楽しかったです（笑）

No hot water; No internet; No heat;

The title sums it it. Upon arrival I received a lukewarm welcome. The internet was down throughout most of my two day stay so I was unable to get any work done. On the first morning there was no hot water. Could not shower until later that night. The next morning the hot water was available. The heat came on every night but no heat during the day. The room was super neat and very clean. I gave it a poor rating because of the elements above but the room itself was perfectly fine. Breakfast was about the average of the European breakfast with meats, cheeses, yogurt and pretty good coffee. This is a nice economical hotel in the heart of the spa town but all the elements that make for a good stay i.e. a decent welcome, hot water to shower, a warm room in winter and internet were all missing. I would return if I were guaranteed a better stay.

Superb location but...

Reception was very helpful. The immediate area is pedestrianised but they offered a choice of parking options. Just stayed the one night so was fit for purpose.. Comfortable bed but bedside light not connected. The breakfast area in was in the roof space and somewhat cramped. The buffet wasn't restocked as quickly as it should have been.

Quiet, Inexpensive Hotel in Wonderful Spa Town

I took trains from Ingolstadt, Germany, to Karlovy Vary, Czech Rep. with a couple easy changes. It took about 3 hours. I walked from the train station to the hotel in about 40 minutes, but I was carrying everything in a backpack, so I enjoyed the walk immensely, not making any noise, ( I normally make with the roller board suitcase I travel with when I work ), breathing the fresh night air. Karlovy Vary is set along a narrow river, in a forested canyon, and it is scenic, safe, and starts looking quite upscale once you're 5-10 minutes beyond the train station. The hotel is small, 11 rooms, but it is perfect in its place, brightly painted, yet humble among the larger, flashier spa hotels. The breakfast was very good, it was included in the price, and the staff were charming, casual, elegant, and professional. I had dinner one night at the underground bar in the Grand Hotel Pupp, an easy 3 minute stroll from the Maltezsky Kriz, and the only place I found open after 21:00! I will definitely come back to this Hotel and this great town.

Otima localização sem malas

O hotel é muito bem localizado mas em nenhum review foi informado que a rua é somente para pedestres e se tiver malas (como foi o meu caso), é um problema. A rua tem horarios muito restritos para entrar com o carro. Outro problema, o estacionamento mais proximo fica a 400 m e possui poucas vagas. O outro estacionamento fica longe e na subida de uma montanha. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. O pessoal é solicito. O hotel tem potencial (gostamos de ficar la) mas é para pessoas sem carro e com poucas malas.

Útulný hotel na pěší zóně.

Malý hotel s rodinnou atmosférou, vybavení hezké, snídaně dostačující, personál mladý a vstřícný. Výhled z apartmánů na pěší zónu (plus: nádhera, mínus: při ot. oknech v létě noční ruch turistů a šumění vodotrysků v říčce Teplá až do půl 1 v noci, někomu by mohlo vadit), výhled z pokojů na sever do skalní stěny (plus: klid a chlad v létě) - nejlépe si domluvit konkrétní pokoj s recepcí předem. Lze dojet autem cca 50 m od hotelu, ubytovat se a poté nutno přeparkovat, nejbližší parkoviště cca 300 m u hotelu Villa Basileia (možno na recepci obj. předem). Hotel na nádherném místě, poměr cena - kvalita bezkonkurenční, navštěvuji opakovaně.

Nettes Hotel mitten im Zentrum

Nettes Hotel mit ausreichendem Frühstückangebot. Für den Preis kann man nicht meckern. Leider gab es keine Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber etwa einen halben Kilometer entfernt gibt es freie Parkmöglichkeiten.

Quiet hotel

We had three rooms for 2 nights. the hotel was very quiet and there was a lift, but not all the way to the breakfast room in the attic. the bus stop was 200 yards away. the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. reception staff were very helpful, especially with things like bus timetables and the nearby hot springs
