Hotel je na velmi hezkém místě. Bohužel bez možnosti parkování, které je dosti vzdálené. Celý pobyt to dosti komplikuje.

Positiv...das Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich...auch das Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend... Negativ...das Zimmer und der Allgemeinzustand des Hotels! Leider nicht so sauber...Haare im Bett, Flecken auf Boden und Bettwäsche, an den Wänden Wasserflecken u.s.w.

This hotel does NOT have parking as advertised. Public parking is almost a mile away and about $12/US per day. Reception sent us on a wild goose chase to find the parking. WiFi didn’t work in room and TV didn’t work, either. Great room in a cool old building, but I don’t like being cond or hotel staff that couldn’t care less. Avoid.

Not good, dirty room, tired hotel

While the receptionist was v.nice the rest of this hotel is dated and not very good. The room was extremely dirty, with dust layers at the edge and I discovered a not particularly nice discarded item from a former guest down behind the TV. This is not a 4 star place, barely even a 2 star.

Good value hotel in the heart of Karlovy Vary

Pleasant little hotel, great location right in the middle of the spa area. We had an enormous room. The breakfast was good - a lot of choice. Overall, excellent value for money, and I would recommend it.

Good budget-conscious hotel

Hotel Ester is halfway up a little hill in Karlovy Vary, and very conveniently located near the main canal and shopping area. The receptionist spoke English, stored our bags until our room was ready, and gave us the traditional shot of Becherovka when we checked in. Our room was large and spacious. We had three people staying in the room, so they made up the sofa bed for us without us asking - a very nice gesture. The free wifi was good, and the breakfast in the morning included meats, cheeses, breads, eggs, yogurt, and so on. For anyone traveling on a budget, I would recommend this hotel.

Отель вполне хороший. Очень удобное расположение, приветливый персонал. Соотношение цена-качество очень привлекательное, если учесть частые скидки. Недостатки минимальны: вечером на рецепшене нет персонала, а ключ от входной двери один (я жил с женой и мы были всегда вместе, для нас это не было проблемой), редко меняли полотенца. Остальное вполне на уровне, включая уборку и завтраки.

Tök jó volt

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a szállás nagyon jó helyen volt, a parkolás nagyon jól megoldott és mégis a központban voltunk. A személyzet nagyon rendes és segítőkész volt, az ellátás is teljesen megfelelő volt. Mindenkinek merem ajánlani!

Отличные расположение и отличный номер, внимательные сотрудники, особая благодарность Елене. Не советую пользоваться медуслугами в рядом расположенной лечебнице Zamecke lazne.

Basic hotel

Very basic hotel..in a bad condition.. Definately not a 4*star hotel..staff didn't speak english..no towels in my room..no 24hours reception..no minibar (at 22:00 there wasn't any shop open to buy a bottle of water) breakfast was basic too..at least it is close to all main attractions

Lovely location and good value for money

Lovely location just minutes away from the hot springs of which we sampled (but wasn't to our taste!!) Our room had a good view and there was a good choice of food on the breakfast buffet. Also not too far away from the funicular train should you want to wander in the forested areas and see Karlovy Vary from a different angle.

Ich kannte das Hotel, deswegen habe ich dort gebucht. Es ist sehr zental, sodass alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das Frühstück ist auch gut.
