Luxurious surroundings, comfy room good location

Amazing room with very high quality furnishings and very comfortable bed. Staff were all friendly and were english speaking. Ate in the restaurant for dinner and was very impressed with quality of food. Breakfast had good choice but kellogs cornflakes would have been an improvement. Would happily return if in the area again.

Das Hotel ist super sauber und wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Familienzimmer mit 2 Räumen und einem tollen Bad. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der KV Arena zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto und die Bushaltestelle ist auch fast direkt vor der Tür. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Nur die Brötchen waren nicht so unser Geschmack.

Luxe hotel voor een dagje Karlsbad

Luxe hotel voor een bezoek aan Karlsbad of de natuur eromheen voor een wandeling. De bus stopt zo goed als voor de deur. Grote en nette kamer, met een echte regendouche. Heerlijk na een dag erop uitgetrokken te zijn. Het was een rustig hotel met voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Sehr freundliches Personal und schönes altehrwürdiges Hotel, vielleicht ein wenig abgewohnt. Gratis-Parkplatz vor dem Eingang, recht leicht zu erreichen. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war spitzenmäßig. Günstige Minibar. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Frühstück-Buffet hatte Schwächen, da einiges aus war und nur schleppend nachgefüllt wurde. Wir buchten eine Suite mit Doppelbett (war auch so in der Beschreibung), bekommen haben wir zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, welche ständig auseinander drifteten, was für Frischverliebte ungeeignet ist.

Hübsches Hotel mit mäßigem Frühstück

Sehr nette Dame am Empfang. Bekamen ein Upgrade in eine Suite, die sehr groß war. Ausstattung war auf antik gemacht und sah nett aus. Allerdings haben wir eine Möglichkeit, Kaffe zu machen und eine Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer vermisst um nicht bei voller Beleuchtung dort zu sitzen. TV im Schlafzimmer war defekt. Bad riesig und schön gemacht, allerdings nur mit Wanne, ohne separate Dusche. Parkplatz kostenlos war super. Was garnicht ging, war das Frühstück. Rüherei als wässrige Pampe mit kalten Würstchen. Um 9h leere Tabletts, wo nichts nachgelegt wurde. Kaffee alle, auf Nachfrage kam Cappuchino, der gut war. Brötchen alle, nach 15min wurde nach Frage nachgelegt. Kellner überfordert, selten zu sehen. Einen sauberen Tisch zu finden, war nicht leicht. Alles in allem zu vergessen.

Das Appartement in dem Hotel war super. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr nett. Leider war das Personal im Restaurant sehr unfreundlich und beim Frühstück war eine kleine Auswahl. Das Hotel ist ohne das Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen.

L'hôtel est facile d'accès avec un grand parking et une station service à proximité. Il dispose d'un restaurant. Grande chambre confortable et d'une propreté impeccable. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié avec des produits frais. Excellent séjour.

Besser geht es fast nicht ... gerne wieder

Wir haben die Suite gebucht , diese war ausgestattet mit einer Eckbadewanne und einer absolut traumhaften Luxus Dusche. Die suite war qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet , immer betrachtet zum Zimmerpreis und setzt für mich den Benchmark für künftige Übernachtungen.

One night stay

Very nice hotel, cosy, neat. I've stayed there for one night only on my way back from Germany. The hotel has it's own guarded parking lot. The staff is very helpful, speaks English, the rooms are very big, clean, modern, the bed is nice to sleep. It has its own restaurant with great choice of meals. If your are not planning to walk to the city center, it' a perfect place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a buiseness trip.

Avkopplande

Hotellet ligger 5-10 minuters resa med bil från centrum. Hotellet var mycket lugnt och avkopplande med egen restaurang och egen parkering som var gratis. Dubbelrummet jag hade var stort med sängkammare och vardagsrum med rullgardiner och ett stort badrum. Har en avkopplande bibliotekshörna med 2 datorer där man stoppar i sitt rumskort så är man uppkopplad direkt. WiFi fungerade problemfritt. Frukosten var standard. Det enda dåliga var att hotellet inte hade några riktiga city kartor. I övrigt mycket rent och fräscht.

Sehr schlechter Service

Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns ein Standardzimmer zugeteilt, obwohl wir eine Suite gebucht hatten und diese auch bezahlt hatten. Nach einigen Diskussionen bekamen wir die bezahlte Suite. In dieser gab es nach zwei Minuten einen Stromausfall, welcher nicht repariert werden konnte. Nach weiteren Diskussionen bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer. Das Personal spricht kaum Deutsch und sehr schlecht Englisch. Als wir ein Inlandgespräch von unserem Zimmer aus tätigen wollten, war die Leitung tot. Die Dame am Empfang sagte uns, dass wir das Telefon falsch bedienen würden!!!! Den Anruf von der Rezeption aus zu tätigen wurde uns verweigert. Das anwesende Personal bemühte sich nicht, das Problem mit dem Telefon zu lösen. Sie plauderten lieber zusammen hinter der Rezeption. Leider kann ich das Hotel auf Grund des anwesenden Personals nicht empfehlen.

One of the best!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dvorana. The Hotel was immaculate and the rooms were awesome. The restaurant served very good food and the atmosphere was friendly. The cost for our stay was very reasonable and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sehr gut und empfehlenswert. Allerdings das Essen und Getränke etwas zu teuer. Das ist aber nicht schlimm, weil es in der Nähe andere Möglichkeiten gibt.
