"Terrible service they look and smile but don’t ask if you’d like coffee at breakfast or Dinks at the pool they give you a link when you ask for reservations.
The gym is awful one working treadmill one not so take a number and wait in line
There’s no hot tub on the premises except for in the spa we booked two hours at the spa for massage and hot tub - well… they double booked and kicked us out after the massage
They forget constantly that they are in the hospitality business
The room is terrible no good lighting for makeup noting in the room no mirror near any plugs for doing your hair. I don’t know who designed this place but it’s a joke. We had cat poop on our porch from beginning to end. Run far away "
