The hotel staffs also accomodate the boxed breakfast which is very helpful for us as we had early morning departure on some days for our sightseeing tour. "

"The Udaya is absolutely beautiful. The staff are friendly and very will to help out. Communication was made very easily. The only downside to our stay is there was always ants in our bed. Every night we had to look through the covers and sheets to pick out the ants before bed. Staff at reception were notified about the issue."

"We had such an amazing experience at this resort that I don’t know where to start and who to include. Overall the resort itself is equipped with everything you need, very clean, the villas are comfortable and conveniently located. The Mulberry staff were such gems that we looked forward to breakfast every morning and the conversations we had with all the staff were heart warming. Firstly Mr Romanus was absolutely professional yet kind, humble and accommodating at the same time. Noviani was a beautiful young lady with a vibrant presence and she never failed to put a smile on our faces. She even sang a beautiful song for us which made my husband and I feel so special and emotional it was a very beautiful moment for us. Redy was our buddy and he just knew what we needed and wanted. He would set up our table and turn down the music before we even needed to ask so his attention to detail was something else. He was funny, kind, helpful and overall just a great young man. Yuni is a trainee but rest assured she was just as hard working, kind and accommodating as the rest of them. She added just a fresh innocent vibe to our stay. Eri, Ayu, Tini and Putu were all welcoming, helpful and we knew we could count on them. The front desk staff have a special place in our hearts. First of all Tama should absolutely always be at the front desk! He is an absolute legend and took the best care of us. Melani also has a special place in our hearts as she went out of her way for us consistently"

The property itself is beautifully maintained and conveniently located close to Ubud Market, making it easy to explore the area. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff throughout the property were consistently warm, attentive, and proactive in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. A special mention to the restaurant team, who provided excellent service during our meals. We particularly appreciated the morning yoga sessions and the spa, both of which were relaxing and well-organized. The pool was also a highlight, especially for the kids, who thoroughly enjoyed their time there.
