We stayed 4nights and not a dull moment very good staff their service was amazing Breakfast was amazing 😋 Room was very spacious and clean Don’t forget to visit Virgin Beach No one told us but we found out 1 day before and we absolutely loved it. Also don’t forget to visit Made Cempaka spa Very good massage and other services too.

CANDIDASA FEBRUARY 2024

One of my favourite hotels in the world. The location is perfect with mountains and jungle on one side and coral reef on the other. The rooms are nice and having breakfast overlooking the sea is very special. And the staff are all helpful and super friendly and attentive.

Charming, kind staff, toilet needs serious update

Very charming hotel in Candidasa, with a very polite and kind staff. However the hotel is worn and in need of a noticeable renovation. And the toiletseat in our room was disgusting and should have been changed years ago, such a shame for such a charming place.

Ok for a short stay

Mixed...nice room, nice pool but needs some TLC. Food quite expensive. Nice beach front views but the sea seemed polluted with sewage. Didnt like the live lobster on offer and would've gone elsewhere had I known. Not the best location either...its on the busy main road. Staff are lovely but only 2 rooms occupied was strange, no atmosphere...turns out G Adventures use it so I guess thats why all the rooms were empty.

This was our favourite place we stayed at during our family holiday in Bali. All the staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome and they couldnt of done more for us. Beautiful views out to sea from the restaruant and bungalows.

Impeccable service!

From the warm welcome to being waved goodbye by staff, this place is all about the service (and beautiful beachfront location too!). They addressed us by name and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Shining example of great service. Room was clean, has AC/fan and mini bar fridge. The lower mark for eco friendliness was due to some of the garbage on the beach and pier - but the staff went out to do a clean up on our last day there. I highly recommend Ashyana and would absolutely return again.

The only way I can describe this hotel is idyllic! The location is wonderful. Right by the sea with a private beach and a beautiful restaurant where you can eat and hear the waves lapping against the beach with some very special views! The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the service generally was first class! I will definitely stay here again!

Nice place to relax

The staff, everyone from the Front office to the restaurant were wonderfully nice and very friendly. I was overwhelmed when they gave me a surprise on my birthday., it was very touching when all the staff secretly gathered and came out to sing the birthday song. Im definitely coming back again

Nice hotel with a beautiful view of the seaside

We enjoyed the beautiful rooms and the good food. The path towards the ozean is at nighttime lighted by many candels, very romantic.

Rent og behageligt hotel

Rigtig dejligt hotel, med service iorden. Ligger smukt ud til havet og der er en meget afslappet atmosfære. Gør rent på værelserne 2 gange dagligt og personalet er søde til at hjælpe med det man mangler eller har brug for fx arrangere ture mm. Ikke badestrande desværre, grundet sten. Men flot og romantisk udsigt, dog ikke meget byliv i nærområdet. Var afsted i februar måned uden for højsæson, og vi havde næsten hotellet for os selv. Lækkert til en iorden pris hvis man har brug for afslappelse og rolig atmosfære

Pleasure in Paradise

The hotel was super friendly and clean. Our room overlooked the magnificent beach and swimming pool. Attention to detail is top class in all areas. Restaurant was very comfortable and attentive/friendly staff and management made a very welcome stay for us. Top class hotel.Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Lovely small hotel with 5* staff and views.

We had the best room/villa in the hotel. Large room with verandah overlooking the pool and the view of the sea and Lombok in the distance. The breakfasts were included and were delicious. Fresh fruit platter, fresh squeezed juices, omelette and fresh baked bread. The balinese options were also delicious. The staff are wonderful. A smile around every corner :-)

Schönes Hotel

Es hat mir in dem Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ist auf unsere Fragen eingegangen. Wir haben auf Nachfrage ein Fahrservice erhalten, der uns zu zwei Tempeln in der Umgebung gebracht hat. Frühstücken konnten wir mit dem Blick auf das Meer. Am Abend vorher durften wir uns ein Frühstücksmenü aussuchen. Es war sehr lecker. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind groß, mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und sauber. Das Bad war auch super. Am Strand waren wir nicht.

An excellent stay.

The staff here are all very friendly and welcoming. They each knew my name and greeted me throughout my stay. Cars and tours were easily booked and lots of advice on what to see and do were helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with fresh flowers and bed turn down service. The pool was a pleasure to swim in with water views and the breakfast from the restaurant was delicious. I'll return here in the future.

Great views of the beach!

Pros: Room - nothing special but clean Spa - massage was amazing and affordable View - amazing views of the beach and islands Romantic - candlelit dinner next to the beach Breakfast - yummy food Cons: No real cons. We only spent one night so didn't have too much time to explore area but it didn't seem like there was a lot in the area.

チェックアウトの際に私達が使ったことも、見たこともない、"Don't disturb"の木札が部屋からなくなっているから20万ルピアを支払うように言われた。スーツケースも開けて確認し、私達は見ていないし、持ち帰るはずもないと言ったが、クリーニングスタッフが確かに置いたと言っている、と譲らず、結局出発予定時間を30分以上も遅れてしまった。 飛行機に乗り遅れるよりはマシと思い、止むを得ず20万ルピア渡したが、どう考えてもスタッフが故意に隠したとしか思えない。私達のチェックアウトと同時に、常に部屋にあるべき木札がない、と分かるものだろうか？
