It’s the perfect location. Just a few steps to the beach. Everything you need across the street, Safeway, Starbucks, ABC store (variety) and several places to eat. The rooms are a bit dated and could use new carpets.

If there was not a hurricane I think I would have enjoyed this resort a lot more. I would love to go back and spend more time around the island and just sunning myself at the pool.

We paid for a garden view.I’d say it was a parking lot view,not garden. Our room badly needed new carpet it was stained and gross. The shower doors were also ready to be replaced they were completely stained and the outside of one shower had quite a bit of mold. This overall is a nice property our particular 2 bedroom condo was 3 stars based on needed upkeep for a rental unit.

This is a wonderful, tropical resort for families. It’s incredibly clean, comfortable, the pool is beautiful and so fun for kids, & the beach is beautiful. We even saw Hawaiian Seals right on the beach. The restaurant on site looked a bit rundown, but we didn’t plan to eat there anyways. I would stay there again anytime!

Nice properly, great for families, lazy river fun pool, with slides and hot tub areas , bbq grills ..Walking to Safeway and Ross ,ABC store. Traffic gets bad so it's nice it's close to airport. I would stay here again , very safe.

My family and I had a wonderful time visiting Kapa’a and were very impressed with the accommodations at The Waipouli Outrigger as well as the grounds. It is a beautiful resort that has beautiful beaches feet from the resort. Our condo was clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay. The pool area was beautiful and the towel service was hassle free. Also the in room washer and dryer were life savers!

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. This property is in the perfect location, close to shopping, places to eat and right on the beach. The view and the pool area are amazing, it’s absolutely worth it to upgrade to an ocean view room. We were in room D306, a 2 bedroom suite, and this room needs a good cleaning. Stains on the carpet, kitchen and bathrooms were not cleaned very well, and the bedding did not look clean.

The pool and beach are amazing at this resort. It is well situated to enjoy the North shore Princeville and the Waimea Canyon. The two large bathrooms were perfect fir traveling with an extended family. My granddaughter loved the sand Keiki pool. We had an amazing stay!

This property was amazing for my family, especially taking kids. Our room had a kitchen and the grocery store is right across the street. We would bring down snacks or bbq by the pool while the kids played on the water slides. The room was beautiful, with comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms. The washer and dryer in The unit was a game changer. The location is also perfect and close to many things to do in the island including great beaches and places to eat and shop. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This place was perfect for our family. There is a huge pool and hot tubs and it's right on the ocean. It's right across the street from Safeway and also next to an ice cream shop! Super convenient location and it's so nice to have a full kitchen in the room. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were super clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in an extremely convenient location - you are in the middle of Kauai with easy access to every part of the island. Across the street there is a grocery store, abc store and a lot of food places / ice cream. The hotel itself was clean, staff was very nice & easy to get a hold of. Very family friendly, there was a lot of kids. Pools were kept clean and there’s a beach you can walk to from the hotel. Very nice hotel &
