空調不涼，空調控制無效，房間潮濕，浴室通風不良，電話客服需要枕頭，等了一個晚上也沒拿來。

硬體設施老舊及狀況不佳建議翻新，整潔清潔非常需要加強。空調無法調整，空氣也有異味。 可以感受到服務人員很努力配合換房以及處理狀況，但感覺應該大部分房間整體狀況類似，能處理的程度有限。

設備老舊維護極差

進房第一感覺是設備老舊維護品質很差，仔細一看發現房間床頭板及靠窗牆壁嚴重變黑發霉及腐蝕，不知為什麼還安排讓客人入住，要求換了房間後雖狀況有好一些，但冷氣維度無法調節，風超大超冷，住得很不舒服；同樣價格在高雄市可以找到遠比這間好的飯店，非常不建議選擇這間。

水是瓶裝水，無法重複利用水罐 房間感覺得出年代感，牆壁很多摩擦/油漆脫落的痕跡，主要是廁所的天花板有很明顯的黑色霉斑，洗手台跟淋浴水龍頭也都有明顯生鏽痕跡，浴巾跟洗臉巾上有小飛蚊，雖然是演唱會期間相對價格合理的飯店，但真的沒有想到衛生這麼堪憂
