Very clean, convenient and comfortable. But,the room had no place to sit. Providing a small chair would be much better. Overall, a very nice experience to stay there. I would consider booking there next time when visiting Kaohsiung again.

although the room is tiny and there is no elevator (other than a tiny one for your luggage), the design of the whole place is stylish and nicely executed. I especially love the common area. There are so many interesting books (in Chinese) that I would love to read. Sure will go back to stay with Hok House next time I visit Kaohsiung.

Super friendly staff and the relaxed environment True local experience specially if you prefer small hotels with personality. It feels more like a well-appointed apartment, than a hotel room. Great details in the room everywhere, totally connected with the area and the neighborhood. They offer nice selections of sake and delicious organic food. Location is also very good, walking distance to the exciting Liuhe night market and the Metro is at your door. Service was friendly and efficient.

Little cocoon next to MRT

The place is not easy to find, the address lead to a cafe place which is right on the corner, but to find the B&B you need to go further on the left side, when you see a white door, please ring the bell and wait for the waitress! The stay was really pleasant, we stayed only one night and I think the complaints about the noise by other comments are a little too exaggerated. Living in Taiwan for six years now, hearing people talking outside of the room is not something strange, yet you won’t hear a thing from the street (and seriously we can always be grateful of that in here) We did not have the breakfast but the common area is really nice and furnished, for longer stays I bet it is great! Totally recommended 😉

Fabulous Hotel. Clean & Secure. Great Location.

The property is located only 1 block from the MRT (subway) station of Formosa Blvd. Station. The property is very secure as the policy does not allow non-registered guests to enter its parameter. So, if you have friends who want to see the place you are staying in, tell them to book a room with you or on their own. Shoes are not allowed, except slippers provided by the property, beyond the 2nd (included) floor. You need to take your shoes off once you reach the 2nd floor. This means that the owner takes diligent care of the entire property, and practices extraordinary hygiene. The common area on the 2nd floor has lots of books available to those who like to read, and the other common area on the 3rd floor is a kitchen with large dining tables. A wonderful place to have your breakfast or reheat the food you bought from outside. I loved the overall environment of this place. A/C are quiet, and the sound-proofing windows keep most of the noises from the street outside. Definitely, a place that I will return to.

はじめての台湾一人旅に

一人旅で来ました。オーナーさんがものすごく優しい印象の方で話しただけで台湾来てよかったなあと思えました。ドミトリーでもトイレが部屋別で分けられてたりしていて、とても清潔でした。何より、ベッドの壁に窓が描いてあったり共有スペースが小上がりになってたり、遊び心ある落ち着く空間に大満足しました。こういうホステル、日本にもあったら良いなあ。

MRT美麗島駅から近い場所に位置して交通の便はとても良かったです。夜市も歩いて行ける距離でUバイクを使うと色々出かけられます。施設もレトロ感があるけれどとても清潔に保たれスタッフの方が親切に説明をします。ただ階段が急なのでゆっくり動くエレベーターでスーツケースを上げ下げしましたが、不便さや困ったことはありませんでした。

침대 3개방 가오슝에서 찾으신다면, 호크하우스 쿼드 패밀리룸 강력추천합니다. 가격도 나쁘지않고, 인테리어가 일본식이고 정말 아기자기해요. 직원분들도 엄청 친절하고, 아주 청결합니다. 공용라운지와 키친도 정말 이쁘게 꾸며 놓으셨어요. 비록 2층 침대이긴 했지만, 편안히 잘 잤습니다. 위치도 미려도역 바로 옆이라 공항에서 전철타고 왔다갔다 하기 정말편해요!!
