便利性很高，但乾淨度有待加強

優：有提供洗衣機，住的地方出來就有Ubike可租借，樓下也有全家，便利性很足夠。房東在聯繫上的態度不錯,提早告知還會協助預留車位，雖然一天要200但可以接受。房間在37樓景觀不錯。 缺：洗澡的熱水幾乎不熱，夏天還勉強可以接受但冬天應該無法，房間內有不少小螞蟻出沒，環境清潔有待加強。進出電梯要快速，不然有時會有被夾到的情況。

住宿空間非常舒適，讓人放鬆。周邊的生活機能很好，很推薦來住。 唯一的大缺點，是Google Map上的地址是錯的，商家沒有更新，會讓客人白跑一趟

工作人員會親切介紹付近景點。 住宿還算舒適，交通亦很方便，附近有捷運及輕軌，但在屋內發現有螞蟻，另如有浴廉會更好

住了兩天 照片跟住的樣子有所差異，不過可以接受 陽臺打開對面就是施工中的大樓 ， 無街景感 沙發上都是看的見的灰塵，容易過敏 浴室洗手臺下黑黑的，沒打掃乾淨 衣櫃有黴味 床很軟，可以 整體來說，就是灰塵是不能讓人接受，但還可以

가격대비 넓은 숙소

삼다상권 역과 가깝고 서비스 아파트라 일반 호텔보다 넓어요. 전반적으로 깨끗했고 환기할 수 있는 베란다창 있어서 좋아요. 일반 소형 아파트라 호텔처럼 관리되진 않아요. 리섭션이 없다보니 문제가 생겼을 때 도움 요청하기 힘들다보니 여자 혼자일 땐 좀 불안하기도 해요.

訂了兩晚，受不了，隔天要退房

-跟相片有一點出入 - 衣櫥是破的 -窗廉是關不上的 -空調很吵 -門晚上有聲音的 訂住了兩晚，只住了一晚，晚上吵到睡不了，隔天要退房去了。

靠近三多商圈的好旅館

住得大樓最高層為37樓，當天才得知住宿房間是在最高樓層，建議下次可以先告知旅客， 讓旅客有一點準備，畢竟沒住過這麼高的樓層，雖然是安全但當下還是有嚇一跳！謝謝。

Good value stay

Our double room has a balcony with a washing machine which is handy for long stay. The apartment is close to shopping malls, a few steps to convenience store, 5 minutes walk to MRT Sanduo Shopping District station.

整體來說都很優，喜歡它的枕頭跟床鋪！

枕頭跟床軟硬適中超好睡的，入住2天都秒睡！陽台跟房間都很乾淨，還有房務會來收垃圾，很讚！（只是小陽台裝的冷氣室外機運轉時，若在陽台會很熱）住在37樓，晚上夜景不錯也很安靜，還可以看到85大樓就在斜前方。

酒店外觀不美，住在37樓，第2天停水(加突然壞LIFT)，第3天又突然停水 酒店女職員很好，男職員態度不好

房間帶有些微霉味，可能是廁所不夠通風的關係，在床周圍的地板有明顯的灰塵，清潔不夠徹底，不過床舖很舒服，如果只是簡單住一晚的話，是便宜划算的選擇！

Cost-efficient apartment

The check-in counter is a bit difficult to find, I have to ask a resident for its location. Staff is nice, and when we check out they allow us to store our luggage in the office till we return in the afternoon and go to the airport. The room itself is clean and tidy, but the beds and pillows are a bit too soft.

距離機場坐捷運5個站就到, 出捷運走3分鐘便到, 附近又有百貨公司, 價錢優惠, 房間空間足夠, 唯這次房間電視機頂盒聲話不一, 睇唔倒電視, 好像是3702房, 希望店家留意一下

交通方便、舒適的旅館

交通方便，就在捷運三多商圈站附近；附近亦有高雄市單車出租，往來各景點沒有太大問題。 房間佈置有心思，很舒適。 職員很好，友善熱心。 不過附近有工地，影響窗外景觀。

和描述不符

只是公寓不是酒店 描述說有海景和浴缸 去到才知啥也沒有 說可以換房但要第三天才可以換 我東西都拿出來了啦還要再收拾多一次行李？ 職員還算OK 地板和拖鞋不太乾淨 不敢穿他家的最後自己去超商買一對拖鞋穿 是很近捷運站但check in的地方很難找

Close to metro, affordable, and adequate.

So the check-in office is around the corner from the Family Mart. The apartment was located inside a large residential building with a mix of renters/owners/visitors. The hotel company goes by a slightly different name in Chinese, so it was hard to find at office at first. The staff were really great, chill, and worked with us to help accommodate our needs. A decent affordable place to stay.
