整體房子很大，整潔，設備齊全，物有所值！因房間分别在不同大廈(但都很近），如訂多間房子，又想同一大樓，請用同一名子訂房，以便他們能分辨是同一組人，可安排在同一大樓，如自駕遊，請先派代表去check in 先，以便確定房間是在那一大樓！如再去高雄，會考慮再入住！

4박 이하 이용시 청소지원없는 숙박업소

여기 직원들은 친절하나 예약전 2박이상시 청소지원이 없다는 내용을 확인할 수 없었다 첫날 3명중 1명의 베개에서 수건을 덮어도 냄새가 너무심해 다음날 바로교체하였으나 이용시 룸안에 안내책자에서는 4박이상이 아니면 지구건강을위해 청소지원이 없다는 내용을 확인하고 너무 당황스러웠다

房間整潔，有微波爐和冰箱很方便。可是，房間位置與服務台需步行室外5分鐘至另一大樓。負責人沒有預早通知我們，使我們來回步行，有點不方便。建議負責人學習如何使用expendia 中的信息功能。但房間而言，cp值頗高。

以此價格cp值算是非常高了！麻雀雖小五臟俱全，非常適合小資族，唯住宿點在85大樓內（與接待櫃台不同點），走道設計彎曲宛若迷宮，消防及逃生動線不明確。

大きな通りに面していて、ビルの入り口に看板もあったのですぐに見つけられました。翻訳機を使用して対応してくださったのでコミュニケーションも問題なく、部屋も清潔でアメニティも十分、何不自由なく大満足でした。
