Overall, well below average! Room Cleanliness of room was okay, bedding good. Here’s what wasn’t good: main door out of alignment and had to lift handle up to get the door to latch properly, bathroom door would only close a third of the way from full open due to rubbing floor tile. Vanity sink very slow drain. No Kleenex in room & no daily service. Ceiling had large area old water stain.

Not as clean as it should’ve been when arriving, room wasn't ready when we showed up. Building is dated and it shows a bit. Saw a hair or two in the bed when we arrived. We left within an hour after our arrival. Not a fan of the absence of carpet in the room either. The property is in need of remodeling. Broken, missing and poor functioning items. Tub was peeling and floor dirty. Staff was very nice and helpful and apolajetic for the disrepair of the property. Stated it was being remodeled. But it's been being fixed up since 2021?? Stay somewhere else!!!

If zero was an option this place qualified. There is never anyone at the front desk. Check in was miserable, they insist on $100 incidentals hold (although there is nothing to purchase except through a vending machine) almost a week since checking out & still haven’t gotten my money back. Have called twice- no help. The rooms: security chain broken on the main door and the adjoining room door. Chair broken for the table set. The room smelled clean, but the floors made our feet black. The staff/owners: when I questioned the need for $100 hold since there weren’t any services to use them for I was meet with the response well you don’t have to stay here. Well ma’am I’m traveling with two small kids and we unfortunately pre-paid through Expedia or trust me we wouldn’t have stayed. There’s a full kitchenette in the rooms and a microwave and apartment size fridge. That was nice. However no coffee maker & no staff made coffee Sunday morning. Was informed by another person staying that he called the help number and they said they weren’t on duty until after 9. So no breakfast and no coffee as advertised. Not at all a restful night. People up all night playing loud music and walking the halls. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

How to get to the room? We had to walk through a hallway that seemed to be a previously smoke smoking area. It wreaked of 20-year-old cigarette smoke. The room was poorly lit and one of the lamps didn't have the proper handles to be turned on. Once illuminated via another lamp, the floor was dirty. The furniture was damaged and finally the toilet was still soiled and unclean. We had asked for another room on upon our first entrance, but upon seeing the toilet we left the hotel. Maybe this was a one-off, but the staff did say they were having problems with employees.

The hotel is needing a lot of maintenance. The first room the TV didn't work and the door handle turned the wrong direction. In The second room that we were moved to, 2 outlets didn't work. When I plugged in my curling iron, the TV turned off!!! The hallway floors were very dirty

This property was terrible. Staff was ok but only mildly helpful. The hallway smells, the rooms smell, my kids said it was like the room from Diary of a Wimpy Kid (if you understand that reference). Towels were dirty, just overall bad bad bad. Couldn’t recommend this property less. Avoid at all costs if you can.

The floors were dirty, the tub was dirty, small hole and cracks in walls and foundation visible and big enough for a rodent to get in the room. The room I paid for was not available, parking was accessible but the elevator was out and my room was on the 3rd floor, the website offers shuttle service from airport but the hotel said they don’t. Had to find my way there after a late flight.

This is an old, out dated hotel. It is understaffed and in poor condition.i waited 15 minutes for check-in because the front desk lady was folding laundry. The elevator didn't work. The tv didn't work. The hair dyer didnt work. The room phone wasn't connected. Hallways hadn't been vacuumed. Very dirty place.
