The room was clean and exactly as advertised. In-room amenities matched expectations. Food and drink options in the bistro/bar were a bit limited and the pool and exercise equipment did not offer as much variety as hoped, though they were still functional.

Great location for us for FIFA World Cup activities. We were beside the Overland Park Convention Centre, which had convenient transportation options available for World Cup matches, Fan Fest & more, at very reasonable prices. The staff were all welcoming, professional & friendly. However, the property felt a little outdated.

Just a pretty average Marriott Courtyard. Looked like it was due for a refurb in a year or two. Elevator door squeaked/howled when opening and closing. Elevator call light burned out. Restaurant prices seemed high. Cobb salad, grilled cheese (burned on one side) and cup of tomato soup, half of a Caesar salad and two glasses of average Cabernet was $74. In the AM, a Venti of Starbucks drip was $6.50, which is nearly double of what Starbucks charges. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant.
