I need to be in Kansas city for a week and was trying to keep my spending very low. This place worked out OK… But dining options were extremely limited.

The hotel did not look anything like on the website. It was dirty. The attendant was terribly rude to me. The rooms weren't ready and we didn't get there until after 7. We had to leave to find a hotel 20 minutes away that was clean and safe.

My room key wouldn’t work at first. I had to go back in to office and have her reprogram it. Front desk clerk seemed annoyed at me asking that. My daughter found two bugs in the room she had to kill so they wouldn’t be in our luggage.

The bedding and bed skirt hasn’t been changed, the room was not vacuumed, there was a dead bug in between the mattress. The bathroom floor had gunk build up. Under the bed I don’t think has ever been cleaned or vacuumed. The bed skirt has so many stains, spills, and dust like they don’t change it.

Everything was amazing as soon as I arrived. The staff were super sweet and helped me get settled as quickly as possible. The hotel doesn’t look its best outside but when you go in you will be amazed by how clean and welcoming the inside is.
