We often stay at the Gilman Motel 8. This time I was slightly annoyed at the room. Refrigerator already had food in it and there was a stain on the top sheet of the bed. Outside there weeds growing up in all the garden areas. These are things we noticed. What else might be overlooked. The service was fine, so we will go back.It is a particularly convenient location.

Very comfortable motel

During this trip, my husband and I had stayed in other Super 8's. This Super 8 was the best one to date. We travel with a dog so Super 8 was the best choice for us. The entry, desk area and breakfast area was very clean upon arrival. The man at the front desk was very helpful in checking us in. Our room was clean and comfortable. Although the room needs updating it has been well taken care of. If we are in the area again, we will stay here!

There was nothing bad about this hotel it's okay. You do get what you pay for. The woman who checked me in was very nice but also very busy, she was cleaning rooms, doing laundry, and doing the register seems like a lot to ask of one employee. Another employee arrived after I was checked in. No soap in the bathroom, no coffee cups.

Ok for no frills but not the best.

I’ve used Super 8 many times during the past 3 weeks while on a cross country road trip. I have come to expect clean, safe, comfortable rooms. This one served the purpose but did not measure up. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly but the window AC unit smelled very moldy when on so I did not use it. The sink trap also smelled very bad.

Nice clean rooms and service just one downfall

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and polite even maid was polite and did excellent job with making sure hotel was cleaned orderly. Only issue I had was for a room that had two guest in one room they only had one desk chair that rolled and any time you moved in it even a little it creaked and made nose that disnget annoying after while and eventually one of just sat on bed with back against wall and other one sat on floor back against bed. Room nees either a comfortable chair besides desk roller or maybe a live seat for 2 people to sit on and watch tv. So you don't feel like you have to be in bed all day when there. But over all it's a great place and would stay again either way
