Lovely rooms and owners

This place is very nice. The rooms are large and comfortable and the owners friendly and inviting. Only downside was the noise from a pub/club up the street. Try and get one of the back rooms away from the club side and you'll be fine.

Remembrance weekend

Absolutely awful place. Nothing like the photos. Nobody to meet us and check us in! We had to find our own rooms and assume the rooms were for us. Didn't see any staff in three days. No service or cleaning of any kind. No clean towels, coffee replenishment,beds made - Nothing!! Pool was like a muddy river. Overall a disgrace and Hotels.com should look into this and verify the state of hotels they allow in their website

チェックイン対応がひどすぎる

ホテルの玄関は鍵がかかっていて、フロントには誰もいない。ドアの張り紙に電話番号が記載してあったが、かけてもなかなか出ない。やっと通じたと思ったらちょっと待ってくれといったまま30分以上連絡なし。 やっとのことで勝手口のような入口を指示され、部屋番号を確認して入室するまで40分以上待たされた。フロント係は姿を見せなかった。

From check in to check out never saw any staff. Had to leave the key on reception desk as nobody about. The pool was not full and in need of several repairs. Broken tiles in the pool which caused my daughter a large cut to her foot.

Très bien

Très bon hôtel avec piscine entretenue, chambre propre, personnel accueillant, patron très sympa, un des premiers à avoir ouvert un hôtel à kanchanaburi en 1990, il connaît tous les bons plans du coin. Seul bémol, le deuxième lit pour mes enfants était un canapé lit inconfortable...

피자가 맛있는 저렴하고 깔끔한 호텔_추천.^^

시설은 깔끔한 편이었습니다. 대신 3성급 호텔 답게(?) 편의시설은 좀 부족한 편이구요. 욕실이 크지만 샤워커튼이나 이런 건 없습니다. 물론 비누, 칫솔, 치약 없습니다. 다 준비해 가셔야 합니다. 대신 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 1층 식당이 대박 맛있다는 점입니다. 화덕 피자를 그 자리에서 직접 구워서 내오는데 맛이 일품입니다. 파스타 역시 만만치 않구요. 콰이강의 다리로 가는 길목에 있어서 위치도 나쁘지 않습니다. 대신 수영장이 좀 지저분하고 작은 편인데.. 이만한 가격에 수영장까지 있다는게 대단하죠..

Séjour de 3 nuits en famille Juillet 2018

Hôtel bien situé. Chambre spacieuse avec petite terrasse donnant sur la piscine. Bouteilles d'eau fournies tous les jours. Ménage quotidien. Personnel très serviable et agréable. Mon fils a eu un ennui de santé et le responsable de l'hôtel a été d'une aide précieuse pour nous emmener à l'hôpital et nous aider pour permettre sa prise en charge. Le principal point négatif est le bruit nocturne. Cela ne nous a cependant pas dérangé outre-mesure.

Nice hotel and service but beware of tourist traps

The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay and the room was large and comfortable. Room floor was slightly dirty but overall the stay was still comfortable. Beware of the recommendations made by the owner as he will recommend (and upsell) eateries that are owned by his friends rather than recommending what is truly good in the area.

Good hotel

Hotel room was large and clean, and the AC worked great. Very hands off staff, nobody at the desk for most of the night. The pool was awesome, very relaxing on a hot day.

Great value for money!

I loved the area, loads to see and do on the doorstep. Close to the river and walking distance to the bridge. The pictures are an accurate depiction of the hotel. Aircon - absolutely necessary! The not so great points: The pool was a bit like a tepid bath, The guy on reception spoke no English but he did call the boss to translate so all good. Nights are loud.... If you don't plan on partying, take earplugs!

Hotellet var bra MEN det ligger granne med en nattklubb som gör det svårt att sova fram till klockan 2-3. Engelskan gjorde det svårt att checka ut innan klockan 08:00 även om vi meddelade att vi skulle checka ut klockan 06:00. Fick återvända till rummet och ringa personalen och efter överenskommelse kunde vi lämna rumsnyckeln på rummet. Med det sagt så var maten på deras restaurang god och personalen trevlig. Närområdet gav dock avsmak där det fanns väldigt många krogar och avsaknad av ”det riktiga” Thailand.
