"Water heater was ultra weak. TV was without remote (no shows as well), wifi signal was constantly breaking. Windows gaps are so bad that i almost suffocated from all the incense burning downstairs. Counter staff was friendly and helpful but can't solve those issues"

"The finishing of the interior is very rough. No amenities at all despite the name hotel may connotate. I don't think the drain pipes have p-traps so there's a slight smell when inside the shower, which is nothing but a 3 ft wide area of the room separated by a sliding glass divider. Not worth what you paid through Expedia. It's twice what's posted on their signs."
"Everything is good except the so call "firm" pillows on bed are still too soft for us, giving us a pain in the neck after waking up in the mornings. Excellent services provided at check in, breakfast lounge and room cleaning. Appreciate the effort."
