Beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff, especially Mark who showed us around the hotel at check in. Lovely welcome drink offered at check in also. Gym looked great but only had one night stay and didn’t use it, the pool area was lovely and relaxing. Rooms were clean and bed was huge and super comfortable. Day spa looked nice but didn’t use.
The food was a bit average at the restaurant down stairs and think they could add a few cocktails to the drinks list to have round the pool. Other than that enjoyable stay.

For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best ..."

"We stayed here on route to Malaka and we loved it! Very very clean, easy check in and out and good air con and ventilation. We had some local noodles and spring water tofu and had a hike in the morning to see the sunrise upon the hills. Fantastic and fully recommend Note. Eat outside and do not leave ..."
