Kampung Ayer Pasir Packages (Flight + Hotel)

It was clean and centrally located and spacious

Convinent location, spacious apartment, good facilities, the washing /drying machine was a plus, shane no drying racks otherwise would make it perfect. Liked the afternoon lounge area with light snacks with tea and coffee on offer. Breakfast was also very good.

Check In staff were good, they dealt with our issues in a timely fashion. It’s all downhill from here-the smell in the room emanating from the bathroom was atrocious, we had to use the kitchen sink to brush, the smell would make us gag. The front desk staff did help by sending cleaning staff to rectify the problem. Unfortunately, the smell was back in a few short hours. The front desk staff were helpful, but the management didn’t care enough to provide us with air fresheners.

Located in a great area that is within the heart of Bukit Bintang. Breakfast is wonderful & tasty. We were staying in the club lounge room & the club floor is dining & drinks are a great value. Only thing that could have been better is if the mattress could have had a topper on it as it has seen better days. Pillows were to die for & the bathrobe & towels were of a very good quality.
