"Upon walking into the hotel room, we noticed the bathroom was not clean and when we checked the bedding, the sheets on both queen beds had stains. We were traveling with our son and his family including our 5 year old granddaughter and were not comfortable staying there. We asked for a refund from the front desk and they refused. We left and stayed somewhere else. Neither Riverland Inn & Suites nor Expedia agreed to reimburse us. This was very disappointing. We do not recommend this hotel."

"We were on a layover on our way to Vancouver. We are a family of three and had a king room with a pullout couch. The room was very clean, bright and accommodated us well. We had a great sleep and appreciated that it was quiet."

"Parking costs extra—$33 a night and no option to park on street overnight. Pool is very nice. But it closes at 9?!! We got in at 8:45 and I was looking forward to a hot tub but the pool area was closed. The next evening it was filled with crazy kids on the soccer weekend and closed again at 9 when it was still light out and filled with people. I wish they had adults only from 9-10. But please keep it open later until 10 or 11. The restaurant doesn’t open until 7 and there is no coffee offered...

"Very cool heritage hotel. Clean and nice staff. A little noisy on the street when the bar lets out. "
