"Wonderful stay. Staff was amazing, they helped transport our ski bags, they picked us up from the Hakuba train station and at the end of our stay dropped us off again. Highly recommend and would stay again. "

"24時間以内にチェックインメールが来ると表示あるも15時になっても来ませんでした。他の部屋にチェックインのお客様が部屋にあるタブレットで楽天に連絡してくれて何とか入室出来ました。あとでわかった事で、予約完了画面の「施設への問い合わせ」から入室ルームナンバー等の表示がありました。
大変分かりづらいでした。"

"The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. "

"The place was cosy and the host was so very helpful with transport to grocery shopping and station, & lift passes. The small house had all the facilities you need and was toasty. "
