"My family with 3 kids had some unexpected flight problems that forced us to spend 2 days in Poland. It was very stressful, but this hotel made this short stay very welcoming and comfortable. We had a room (2 rooms) with 5 beds. The food, especially the free breakfast was amazing. The staff were kind and helpful the entire time. I was so grateful to have found them. It is a bit outside the city center, so not ideal if you want to do a lot of site seeing. And cabbies will rip you off. ...

"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"Ce nest pas un hôtel !! Chambre d'hôtes sans aucun service .... Dans la nuit je voulais aller aux wc et la serrure de la pirte etait bloquee !! Jai dû faire pupi dans un vase ... Au matin je.passe par la fenetre pour sortir. Heuresement au rez-de-chaussée.. La propriétaire s'énerve !!!! A eviter et rien aux alenrours 15 kms...."
