"Three nights at the hotel were very nice. The hotel is situated right at the Poprad River. It offers a variety of great spa activities and treatments. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast was wonderful. There are lots of opportunities for activities nearby. Our room was not big, but cozy and clean. There is a railway line about 50 metres from the hotel, so if you have a dog's sleep ask for a room with the river view."

Customer service was nice to us, after informing Small suites, no too much space between bed/sofa and wall. if you are there in summer time and you need a bit warmer room please let the front desk know in advance and they will make it happen, I didn’t do it and later when I tried to request it was difficult to get a hold with front desk since phones in rooms doesn’t work and my special communication...

is very clean. The breakfast is ok. We had small problems like study lamp and scale not working when arrived, but were taken care of very quickly. One suggestion is that the internet connection could be better. It just keeps dropping. You have to sign in to the network many times. "
