"The moment we entered the apartment, we were amazed by the modern interior and owner’s attention to details. TV box allows YouTube videos and the garden has lots outdoor equipments though we didn’t use any due to the weather. Room is spacious and the kitchen has large variety of small electrical appliances. We cooked over the two day stay and enjoyed the meals on the large dining room table. Though the railway is right in front of the house, there wasn’t a lot of trains passing by at night....

The owners were wonderful despite our very limited Japanese and even gifted us some postcards on departure! "Clean and convenient. Minimal service : check-in and check out on yourself. Booked a room for our family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids - and was surprised that no bed was prepared for the kids... called to get them set up and was told I had to do it ... Also, we could not access the fitness room to do our workout, we were told we needed to pay a supplement ... first time that I'm in an hotel putting fitness room as an amenity but being asked to pay for it... Location is great : several restaurants and shops around and terminal 3 is connected - few min walking time"
