"No coffee available after 9:00 am Written sheet in the room stated coffee maker available for rooms, but when requested - none were available. Clean room, very friendly staff, everyone helpful. One elevator being serviced during our stay, but really did not impact us. The only elevator was pretty quick. Room on check in had stairs to get to it. Our room was changed without any issue when I requested a more “accessible” room."

"The location of the hotel was ideal: very close to the ocean, shopping and food. The rooms were nice, but there were problems…the AC didn’t blow cold air and it was SO LOUD! The toilet ran the whole time we were there. Parking was definitely an issue, as in we almost could never park on site. When you first check in you initial all these different fines they might charge you for, some things that makes sense, but other things that were weird and random. Also on the door to your room is a sign to take out your own garbage, and clean your dishes or you’ll be fined. It didn’t make for a very welcoming feeling to think they were hoping to catch you doing something that would make you have to pay additional fees."

"Great location. Had everything you need like snorkel, ice cooler, racket. Just did not have enough toilet tissues. Shower curtain on the first floor needs to be cleaned or replaced. Overall it’s great place and would like to stay again in the future. "
