Jättebra läge, sköna sängar. Rummet skulle dock må bra av en uppfräschning, speciellt badrummet. Fanns ingen AC men funkade med öppna fönster plus bordsfläkt. Frukosten var bra, frukostlokalen var dock sliten och omysig- i behov av uppdatering. Toaletterna vid receptionen var nyrenoverade och superfräscha. Trevligt med fri tillgång till kaffe, varm choklad och vatten i receptionen.

Trevligt men lite trångt

Det var ett trevligt hotell med väldigt bra läge. Väldigt trevlig personal och mycket roligt med tillgång till pool. Lite trångt rum som familjerum då vi hade två extrasängar. Väldigt varmt på rummet också men det fanns fläktar och möjlighet att öppna fönster så det gick att sova.

Hotellet är vårt favorithotell i Kalmar och vi har bott här tidigare också. Hotellet är väldigt fint och mysigt men aningen åldrat, men med charm. Personalen är dock helt fantastisk och kommunikation från hotellet innan och under vistelsen är super. Frukosten generös och fräsch och fin matsal. Jättefint litet spa och gym med en pool om uppskattades mycket av barnen.

Bemötande och service var mycket bra och rummet mycket trevligt. Pga värmen utomhus var det tyvärr lite väl varmt på rummet. AC hade varit underbart men en fläkt som fanns tillgänglig på rummet var användbar för att ge lite svalka.

Ok, men varmt hotel

Centralt läge, 2 min promenad från domkyrkan. Gratis nattparkering på gatorna runt hotellet. Frukost helt ok. Trevlig personal. Rymliga rum. Dock var sängen väldigt mjuk, även om man kunde ändra från mjuk till hård med en fjärrkontroll. Fruktansvärt varmt på rummet, trots öppet fönster och fläkt som stod på hela natten.
